How it works

From first call to front door in ten days.

A short brief, then our AI engine produces a real draft in 48 hours. Two rounds of human refinement and a launch — no discovery phase that lasts longer than the project should.

The process

Four steps. No theatre.

You will always know what is happening, who is doing it and what we need from you next. Most of your time is spent reviewing work, not managing us.

01

Brief

Day 1 · 20 minutes

A conversation, not a questionnaire. We ask about the business, the buyer, the offer and the sites you admire. Send us your logo, photography and any copy you already trust. That is the whole input.

02

First draft

Day 2–3 · 48 hours

Our AI engine generates a complete website: structure, copy, art direction and build. A designer reviews every output before it reaches you. You receive a link to a real site on a real device — not a PDF, not a wireframe, not a mood board.

03

Refine

Day 4–7 · two rounds

We review together and sharpen. Two structured rounds are included: one for the big moves, one for the details. Your designer makes the changes while you watch, so nothing is lost in translation.

04

Launch & care

Day 8–10 · then ongoing

We connect your domain, set up analytics, check every page on every screen and hand over the keys. After launch, the AI keeps watching performance and suggesting improvements — request changes in plain English and we make them, usually the same day.

A week in the studio

You are never waiting for an update.

Every MinyMagic project runs in the open. A shared channel, a named crew and a simple rhythm of demos mean you see progress rather than chase it.

Monday. The crew plans the week and confirms what will be ready for review.
Wednesday. A working session — you see the site, we make changes live.
Friday. Show-and-tell. The studio gathers, the work gets critiqued, and you get a clear note of what lands next week.

No status meetings for the sake of it. No account manager relaying messages. The people doing the work are the people you talk to.

Included as standard

Everything a serious site needs.

No line items to decode. These are part of every MinyMagic build, not upsells waiting in the small print.

Design & build

Bespoke art direction, responsive layouts and clean, fast code — designed and developed as one piece of work.

Copywriting

Every page written in your voice, with the offer made clear and the next step impossible to miss.

Art direction

Photography selection and treatment, a defined palette and a typographic system that holds together on every page.

Domain & hosting

We handle the technical setup, security certificates and reliable hosting. You keep ownership of the domain.

Analytics & search

Privacy-respecting measurement, search-friendly structure and the basics of technical SEO done properly.

Ongoing care

Unlimited small updates, a monthly health check and a real person to email when something needs to change.

The promise

Ten days from now, your business could look entirely different online.

The only thing standing between you and a better front door is a twenty-minute conversation.

Practicalities

What we need from you.

Less than you would expect. A decision-maker, a couple of hours in the first week, and honesty about what makes the business worth choosing.

How much of my time will this take?

Around three to four hours in total: the brief, two review sessions and a launch walkthrough. We do the rest and keep you posted in writing.

What if I do not have photography?

We source and license imagery that fits the brand, or art-direct a short shoot if the business needs something specific. Either way, you approve every image before launch.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. Existing guidelines are a starting point, not a constraint. If the brand needs a light refresh to work online, we will show you the options rather than quietly changing things.

What does it cost?

A fixed project fee for the build and a simple monthly plan for hosting, care and updates. Exact figures depend on scope; the demo includes a clear quote with no hidden extras.

What if I need changes after launch?

Ask. Small updates are included in the monthly plan and usually turned around the same day. Bigger additions — a new section, a campaign page — are quoted before we start.

Day one

Start with twenty minutes.

Tell us what the business does and what you wish your website did. We will take it from there.
